I've been thinking the same. We decry China/Russia/N.Korea/Iran for their surveilance state, yet in this country we have cc cameras everywhwere, media censors and moderators, doorbells that spy on us, Alexa, Sirri, On Star, TV's, and who knows what other electronic devices reporting our daily lives to who knows? As if that's not enough, like you say, we pour out our personal lives on social media platforms for all to see. Talk about leaving yourself wide open??
Is this freedom, or is it freedom being taken from us?
