Powerline has a crushing refutation to the pathetic whitewash of CBS's forged memos sponsored by Columbia Journalism Review.
Just reading it is painful for those who thought that mainstream journalism still had any standards or shreds of credibility left.
The Posse wonders how these people comb their hair in the morning - clearly they aren't casting any reflections.
We have little to offer in regards to our own contributions on Memogate; others with more expertise were able to expose the truth and the Posse could only serve as an amplifier to help broadcast the story.
This blindly obvious failure has caused many to question whether CBS was ever as good as its reputation suggested.
Perhaps not, but once, long ago, it was very good all the same.
The Posse has seen the proof. If time permits, we will expand upon this excellent DVD presentation, which we have now viewed in its entirety.
Suffice to say that it is insightful, thorough and accurate.
CBS was great once, it is a fact.
That only makes its fall that more tragic.
