Kerry's discharge

Over on Powerline, the teaser is up: Kerry had an Other Than Honorable discharge.

The Posse addressed this question earlier. Is it now too late to matter? Will the media bother to drop the dud-explosives story and pick up on this critical deception from the alleged war hero?

Time will tell.

Perhaps Beldar will offer us some wisdom on what this actually means.
