Another terror strike
Tim Blair has the Jakarta bombing covered.
It is a grim reminder that signing the Kyoto treaty and joining the ICC will not bring peace. Only destroying the web of terrorists and the corrupt culture that sustains them will end the carnage.
John Kerry lacks the leadership and will to see this through. That is why more Americans are coming to the understanding that his election isn't about George W. Bush, it is a referendum on the war.
Peace is no longer an option. We are at war. The election is therefore about whether we will strive aggressively for victory, or passively accept defeat.
John Kerry can take a large share of blame for the fall of South Vietnam. His sole qualification for office (as he tells it) is his military service - in a war he openly helped the United States lose.
Such a man cannot be trusted to lead our armies to victory.

For a video of Kerry's changing position on Iraq, this is a "must see."
