Here are additional tanks, rounding out the collection of conversions. First up is a chaos rhino made from the hull of a Patton M-47 kit. As you can tell, I used some GW parts to give it a more standardized look and the paint scheme is a little less crazy than my other chaos stuff. Those vehicles were designated for the Khornites, while these belong to the undivided rebel marines. So while I keep the red paint job, I also use it as part of a camo scheme.
This next one is another chaos dreadnought armed with twin heavy bolter and power claw.

Here is a chaos predator, with autocannon and sponson-mounted lascannons. As you can tell, the sponsons are actual GW stuff, as is the "halo" on the top. The majority of his tank comes from the same M-47 kit I used for the rhino above, plus some Chimera parts. The turret is the cab from a 1900s roadster.
One final detail: the silverish roller on the front is the drive wheels from that M-47 and they actually rotate.
Now it's time for some Imperial stuff. Here is my most recent creation, a Leman Russ Demolisher using a M8 howitzer hull as its basis. The M8 is a Stuart that was modified to take a 75mm howitzer in the turret, which was open-topped. I used plastic card to close the turret up and then added more plastic as additional armor. Finally I bored some holes in the side for sponsons. The sponsons are the hardest part of converting tanks into 40k and that's why I went with ball joints rather than casemates.
Here are some metal tanks from Battle Honors, together with a Griffon converted from a Chimera kit. It is quite clearly not open topped.

Lastly, here is a Lightning Strike aircraft made from an A-37 Dragonfly kit.
